Assemble prototypes, iterate, and run experiments. Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting equipment at customer sites. Facilitate and resolve customers' technical and quality issues to closure through proactive and effective communication. Establish detailed records for documentation and maintain feedback on-field issues to Service Management. Develop and secure new clients and maintain a good relationship with customers. Travel to customer locations and help them to solve their problems with the company's products and services. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!
