Preparation of design report for Mechanical services e.g., plumbing, sanitary, fire protection services, HVAC, ACMV etc. for various infrastructure projects with knowledge of the engineering calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects. Performing Construction Administration services, including review of shop drawings, RFI's and review of contractor proposed change orders. Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work. Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects. Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package. Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports. Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings and identify discrepancies in the design report. Prepares technical specification sections. Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements. Assisting in preparing proposals and presenting to clients Assisting with mentoring and provide guidance to junior engineers Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. Minimum 1 year of hands-on design experience in M&E Building/Infrastructure projects. Familiar with local code and authority submission procedure. Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Here, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity.
