Review the drawings for the piping works. (Plumbing & sanitary services and Storm water system).
Ensure the system installation is carried out per the project specifications and within the set timelines.
Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications and all piping related documents.
Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
Identify challenges, mitigate risks and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on site.
Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.
Attend site coordination meetings when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in M&E, Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, piping / tunneling.
Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
Will be based at the project site office.
Location: Changi.
