Job Description

Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining mechanical systems within buildings and other structures. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and supervise all mechanical work at the site, such as air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, and other mechanical systems for buildings.
• Supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that they meet design specifications and are safe to operate.
• Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within the building, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensuring that mechanical systems are designed and operated in an energy-efficient manner, reducing the building\'s energy consumption and costs.
• Ensuring that all mechanical systems within the building meet relevant safety codes and standards
• Managing budgets and scheduling maintenance and repair work in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation work carried out on mechanical systems, as well as any changes or upgrades made to the systems.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a facilities management role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively
