How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

Responsible for maintenance, service & spare parts contracts (establishment and renewal), lead discussion & negotiation with vendors, establish inventory

Custodianship of all Reliability Studies/Analysis as RCM, ERS, ECA, LCC, FMECA and BAM. Ensure the outcome of all studies are well integrated in overall Reliability Strategy.

Review and update maintenance SOP

Ownership of the predictive maintenance program

Ensure all Engineering, Maintenance document/drawings upkeep and traceable.

Manage the availability and reliability of process equipment and systems to minimise downtime and maintenance cost.

Maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations

Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety Culture in the team.

Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment

Technical focal point/representative for new projects to ensure designed for reliability.

Development and implementation of mechanical plant modifications, either directly or via contractors.

Be Internal auditor for the section and liaise with External Auditors (AL QA/QC or Customer Auditors)

Maintain best practices (Maintenance/Reliability) training and applying PdM (predictive maintenance tools) for Mechanical.

Develop the training plan for operations & maintenance specialists, engineers & technicians

Are you a MATCH?

Who Are We Looking For?

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering or equivalent.

3-5 years in Gas/Chemical industry preferably.

Experience in Centrifugal Compressors &/ Reciprocating Compressor &/ Screw compressors &/ Refrigerant Unit &/ Cooling towers & Water pumps &/ Valves & pipings preferably .

Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

Strong leadership and team work player.

Experience in Maximo will be an advantageous.
