Job Description
- Design of sheet metal parts using AutoCAD and Autodesk inventor.
- Manage the quality control of fabricated parts.
- Planning and monitoring of machinery maintenance.
- Carry out QC for Sheet metal parts.
- Identify & segregate Non-Conforming parts and implement necessary corrective & preventive actions.
- Need to visit customer sites in Singapore and Jurong Island to study their requirements.
- Handling ISO 9001 - Quality Management System activities such as measuring & monitoring quality objectives, implementation of quality procedures and associated documentation.
- Liaise with design team regarding quality issues and improvement in fabrication process.
- Conversant with Mechanical drawings and dimensioning.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Autodesk inventor software.
- Knowledge in product design and fabrication with CAD/CAM.
- Knowledge of CNC turret punch and press brake to carry out programming, operation and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Knowledge in various arc welding processes and welding equipment is preferred.
- Able to use basic mechanical measuring instruments.
- Able to guide and work with production team.
- Adequate knowledge in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
