Some of them are commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, marine and offshore and water and waste water treatment. Our manufacturing partners are mainly from Europe and USA but specifically, We focuses on delivering engineering solutions rather than just supplying the products. : Assume full responsibility of all engineering related activities in the company. Reconsolidate existing engineering information (for both product and its applications) in the company. Acquire new product and application knowledge to build on the company's engineering and expertise. Ensure product readiness (i.e. Lead efforts in obtaining the required approvals/listings and acquiring sufficient product and its application knowledge) for the Business Development and Sales Team. Prepare or reconsolidate Installation, Servicing, Repair and Maintenance (ISRM) Manuals for the company's products and periodically conduct trainings for our technicians using the ISRM as a reference. Prepare product assembly manuals and periodically conduct trainings for our technicians using them as references. Manage vendor options (i.e. to obtain and consolidate information on vendor options and their product prices) for our own product and product assemblies. Accountable for the provision of product drawings (i.e. isometric, orthographic, dimensioning, sectioning, assembly, cross-sectional views etc.) and system schematic drawings. Prepare product and application presentations and periodically conduct internal seminars to ensure the engineering proficiency of our Engineering and Technical Team. Responsible for managing a system where all these engineering information and knowledge are centralised in the company, easily and readily available to the Engineering and Technical Team and the management. Attend any site meetings and activities whenever required. Oversee and perform (when required) installation, servicing, repair or maintenance of our products on-site and off-site. Oversee and perform (when required) assembly and testing of products. Manage the day-to-day customer enquiries, questions and issues. Provide support for the Business Development and Sales Team for quotations requiring deeper technical knowledge or are of installation, servicing, repair or maintenance nature. Work with the Business Development and Sales Team for projects and tenders in understanding and interpreting tender documents (i.e. tender specifications and drawings). Support the Business Development and Sales Team for presentation and meetings that requires deeper technical knowledge. Required to contribute ideas and content to the marketing tools of the company (i.e. not restricted to but include the company's website, social media accounts, brochures, leaflets, datasheets and spec sheets). Job Requirements: A recognised relevant academic degree in engineering. Proficient in Solidworks is an asset.
