Job Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Water Treatment industry. They are looking for a Mechanical Engineer assist their Engineering team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South - easily accessible.This Mechanical Engineer would be responsible for : Responsible in designing and sizing equipment for the electrochlorination plant Responsible to prepare, review and approval of drawings, conceptual design of plant general arrangement, design calculation, mech Data Sheet and sizing Responsible in reviewing and approving of detailed engineering: plant loading data dwg, piping arrangement dwg, isometrics & BQ, Skid assembly dwg. Responsible in preparing Test procedures, Instruction & Operation manual and final documentation/ quality dossier (Manufacturing Data Reports) Responsible in preparing RFQ for purchases related to mech equip for electro-chlorination system. Responsible to plan and self-monitor daily engineering and design work assignments Responsible in controlling and monitoring job costs and schedules to meet completion dates, customer technical specifications and internal technical specifications Responsible in attending to factory acceptance test at Supplier's premises on skid packages, pumps and blowers Responsible in attending to Technical Clarification Responsible in representing the company for outside customer discussions, technical reviews and hazop study Responsible in providing engineering advice and support to engineers, Project Managers, and customer service personnel Responsible in understanding and adhering to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions.Requirements Minimum of Bachelor in Engineering (Mech or Environmental) Minimum 5 years prior experience in Petrochemical/ Chemical / Oil & Gas or Water industries is a bonus Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Microsoft Project and AutoCad is a bonusInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Recruitpedia Pte.
