Job Description

• 6 Days Alternate Saturday Off, 8.45am-6pm
• Project Location at Changi (Airport Project)
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Understand contract requirements for MEP works, review MEP design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
• Coordinating M&E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants on work progress to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations
• Prepare M&E program and submission schedule
• Prepare / Plan all drawings required to meet submission deadline
• Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketch and prepare combined service plans
• Supervise, monitor and inspect all M & E works to ensure quality of work
• Provide support and arrange the necessary required inspections

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction industry
