, you will be responsible for design and development of high-quality precision material handling systems, including the integration of thermal heads. You will collaborate closely with Electrical and Software Engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative business solutions.
Key responsibilities include:-
Mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, system integration, and release to manufacturing.
You will also be involved in mechanical characterization and validation, analyzing and reviewing data, and communicating results, risks, and recommendations during technical reviews.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or with thermal array mechanical solutions would be a strong advantage.
Expected to develop assembly processes and documentation (including Work Instructions and related documents) to support the Production Team, especially for all components within Change Kits.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree
in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in equipment design for the Semiconductor, Automation, Solar, or Consumer Electronics industries.
Strong foundation in mechanical design principles and problem-solving skills, including
stack tolerance analysis
and
finite element analysis (FEA)
.
Proficiency in solid modeling is essential
, with a strong preference for experience in
SolidWorks
.
Effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and emails to review and update technical specifications, drawings, and results.
