• Ensure the reliability and usability of all plant equipment.
• Develop and manage equipment service and replacement schedules.
• Optimize equipment efficiency by refining service and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate maintenance strategies and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Supervise contractors, manage project costs, and review performance.
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery and collaborate with technical teams for improvements

The Talent

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an MNC Chemical Plant.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and ESH regulations.
• Proficient with computers and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning abilities.
• Immediate starter will be an advantage.
