Mechanical QC Inspector
In this role, you will:
Perform QC inspection according to the design and stated standard
Generate measure data and update into the system
Manage non-conformance and liaise with designers and contractors
Ensure equipment calibration
Ensure inspections are conducted safely in accordance to the risk assessments
Assist with metrology and 3D printing operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Aerospace Engineering o Experience with advanced inspection equipment/machines (Coordinate Measuring Machine, Vision Measuring Machine and scanner) is preferred o Experience with 3D printing/design is preferred o Attention to details o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to work independently and collaboratively o Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) o Basic knowledge of precision inspection tools is essential o Able to operate advanced measurement equipment/machines after proper training#
