Join them in this exciting journey as an: Mechanical Sales Engineer Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs. \xc2\xb7 The job will require preparing and providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation. \xc2\xb7 Generate and review sales quotations, order processing, shipping, and invoicing. \xc2\xb7 Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required. \xc2\xb7 Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals. \xc2\xb7 Manage the E-commerce online purchasing platform. Monitor and process orders, send the information to the warehousing personnel and arrange for transportation directly to the customers. \xc2\xb7 Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required. \xc2\xb7 Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Mechanical knowledge and background.
