Job Description

• 
  Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company, focusing on automated and machinery products. They are looking for a Mechanical Service Engineer for the clean factory automation department, whose main responsibility is to do installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the cleanroom automated material handling systems (AMHS).
  
  Reporting to the project site for most of his/her working hours.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  
  • Install, test, and calibrate the AMHS equipment in the initial phase of a project.
  • Carry out regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance after the initial phase of the project.
  • Perform troubleshooting and recovery tasks to minimize the downtime of the AMHS.
  • Conduct on-the-job training to new and junior members when required.
  • Draft service and maintenance reports for both submission to the customer and for internal quality control.
  • Liaise with customers to arrange schedules for jobs and to update customers on work progress.
  • Supervise work done by sub-contractors for installation and mechanical modifications.
  • Coordinate with company logistics support staff on matters of parts ordering and delivery.

• Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering intensive roles.
  • Able to endure working in cleanroom environments and long overtime hours.
  • Experience in cleanrooms or AMHS equipment is a must
  • Willingness to go on overseas traveling when required
  • Able to be on 24-hour rotated standby for possible equipment breakdowns at customer sites.
  • Needs to be fully vaccinated due to job requirements.
  • Comfortable with working at a certain height (ladders, elevated platforms, scissors lift, etc.)

  8:30 ~ 17:30
