Job Description
Supervision & Coordination:
Oversee and direct all site activities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and standards.Team & Subcontractor Management:
Lead and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors in daily operations.Project Monitoring & Reporting:
Schedule and monitor work progress, reporting on the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.Material & Equipment Management:
Ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other trades to resolve technical issues and coordinate work.Quality & Safety Assurance:
Conduct site inspections to guarantee work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to method statements.Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation, including drawings, material approvals, and inspection checklists. *Safety Enforcement:
Enforce safety policies on site and conduct regular toolbox meetings.
