Job Description
To oversee repair and installation work conducted by mechanics
Instructs, directs and supervises the activities of workshop/anchorage in proper operating procedures
Supervises a mechanical crew involved in the maintenance and installation of mechanical equipment and systems
Conducts inspections, ensures that safety procedures are being adhered to and maintains inventory of machine parts
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR and Senior management.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
