Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance activities of all front-end machines making sure that the PM&R Procedure is followed.
• Ensure that maintenance of the machines is conducted correctly and on time as per the maintenance schedule.
• To attend to machine breakdowns and ad hoc calls.
• Health and Safety practices are followed during the maintenance activities.
• Conduct offline repair of removed items or unit spares.
• The PM&R sheets are updated, followed, and filed properly.
• Ensure that each machine after maintenance or repair can produce the product to within specification through the implementation of the ESE.
• Technical assistance to resolve quality and spoilage issues.
• Communicate to the Team Members the performance review i.e. spoilage / material usage.
• Attend the daily Front End Mechanical Maintenance meeting.
• Complete improvement projects assigned.
• Communicate issues and activities with the Mechanical Supervisor.
• Assist in trials, installation / commissioning of equipment.
• Work flexibly in any work area as far as safety and capability allows.
• Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices by adhering to the EH&S and FSSC programs.
• To collect and analyze the data to determine the causes of production losses and spoilage and to ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken on time.
• Actively participate in time and engineering studies to improve / optimize plant machinery for efficiency.
• To actively participate in improvement projects.
• Give training to other technicians when required.

Requirements:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in hands-on machine maintenance. Experience in Can manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to use a computer to compile reports and presentations.
• Good practical technical knowledge.
• Good safety awareness.
• Good knowledge of tooling.
• Team player who is able to motivate and inspire his Team to achieve their targets.
• Good communication skills
• Able to multi task.
• Willing to do shift (HAVE 1 WEEK SHIFT DURATION PER MONTH, MON-THURS, all night shift from 7.30pm to 7.30am OR 2 DAYS 2 NIGHTS SHIFT 7.30-7.30)

Information:

• Salary: Up to $3,500 + $150 (Transport allowance) + $15/night or $4/day (Meal) + AWS + VB (1.5-2months)
• Location: Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim (Nearest MRT Joo Koon) (Company pickup from Woodlands/Marsiling/Choa Chu Kang.)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.45pm
