Work with engineers to modify or upgrade engine designs and components.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance work, and test results.
Operate and maintain tools and diagnostic equipment required for engine testing and repair.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a mechanical technician specializing in motors and engines.
Strong knowledge of engine components, mechanical systems, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair engines in a timely manner.
Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle mechanical tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
