Job Description

• Client: Japanese MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave with Medical & Dental Care
• Location: * Reporting to Central Area.

NOTE: Candidates must have at least 5 years of Singapore Mega Construction site Experience & in Singapore at the point of application. Requirements:

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• \xc2\xb7 Experience in handling Singapore LTA/ MRT projects would be an added advantage
• \xc2\xb7 Min 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Mechanical & Electrical services for construction of large civil projects
• \xc2\xb7 Understand contract requirement and M&E specification
• \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• \xc2\xb7 Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the construction works
• \xc2\xb7 Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients\xe2\x80\x99 project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• \xc2\xb7 Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• \xc2\xb7 Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• \xc2\xb7 Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• \xc2\xb7 Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
