Job Description

Responsibilities

• Planning of weekly installation and removal schedule.
• Ensure all campaigns are accounted for and completed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on the train to return to depot for train installation/removal.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on daily installation/removal.
• Update team on early installation and late removal of campaign.
• Apply for relevant permits required for jobs.
• Stations check (e.g., checking condition of posters, panels, in-train panel, sticker advertisement).
• Oversee and facilitate job installation and removal for advertisement.
• Ensure that all vendors are compliant with authorities and SMRT Safety and Security guidelines.
• Take proof of posting for campaigns and upload to the shared drive.
• Provide operational assistance to the team when required.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess a minimum of GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d levels.
• Relevant working experience in a related industry is preferred.
