Media Coordinator (Stellar Ace)
Responsibilities
- Planning of weekly installation and removal schedule.
- Ensure all campaigns are accounted for and completed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on the train to return to depot for train installation/removal.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on daily installation/removal.
- Update team on early installation and late removal of campaign.
- Apply for relevant permits required for jobs.
- Stations check (e.g., checking condition of posters, panels, in-train panel, sticker advertisement).
- Oversee and facilitate job installation and removal for advertisement.
- Ensure that all vendors are compliant with authorities and SMRT Safety and Security guidelines.
- Take proof of posting for campaigns and upload to the shared drive.
- Provide operational assistance to the team when required.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess a minimum of GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d levels.
- Relevant working experience in a related industry is preferred.

- Strong drive for work excellence and enjoy challenges while working with tight deadlines. Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
