Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage vendor tasks pertaining to the cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of bus shelters while on site.
• Conduct routine checks on bus shelters, including assessing the condition of posters, panels, and overall cleanliness.
• Develop a weekly schedule for the installation and removal of advertisements.
• Ensure timely completion of all advertising campaigns and maintain records accordingly.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding the installation and removal of advertising campaigns at bus shelters.
• Keep the team informed about any instances of early installation or delayed removal of campaigns.
• Oversee and facilitate the installation and removal of advertisements.
• Obtain necessary permits for job execution.
• Oversee and facilitate any installation or advertisements panels and related inventories when needed.
• Ensure that all vendors adhere to regulatory requirements and SMRT Safety and Security guidelines.
• Capture proof of posting for campaigns and upload it to the shared drive.
• Offer operational support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Preferably possess a minimum of GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d levels.
• Relevant working experience in a related industry is preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable with night shift. Rotation to day shift as required.
