The Medical Advisor is role is best suited for the aspiring medical affairs' professional who wishes to take his or her career to the next level by honing skillsets focused on strategic development and execution of programs within the medical affairs' framework.

  • Co-create and drive the development of local medical/scientific affairs strategies with support from Regional Medical Affairs , in alignment with Santen's regional therapeutic area or brand strategies
  • Be accountable for the tactical implementation of local medical/scientific affairs activities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive medical , clinical and access support
  • Provides medical/scientific insights to internal stakeholders, including Regional Medical Affairs team and regional/local commercial partners, to build and/or optimize therapeutic area or brand strategie
Qualifications
  • A background as a medical doctor or pharmacist with more than 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs
  • Prior experience in executing Medical Affairs strategy, including key activities such as advisory board meetings and KOL management within the eye care industry in Malaysia or Singapore would be advantageous
  • You are a dynamic, result-oriented individual and able to work in a fast-paced and fluid working environment that encompasses both Malaysia and Singapore.
  • As a patient centric individual you will prioritize patients' clinical unmet needs as part of your core value system
