We are looking for a Medical affairs managers to join our fast growing team.The successful candidate will act as an interface between our product development team and marketing. They will also influence marketing and sales strategies in our nutraceutical company. They will be the main point of contact for when it comes to medical, marketing-related questions that our many customers can have.Besides this they will: Support with nutraceutical research trials in different development phases BeiInvolved in the evaluation of analysis results Collect relevant information and elaboration of marketing strategies Closely cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues Monitor nutraceutical marketing activities in consideration of legal and ethical aspects Train our Sales and Customer Service team members on a timely basisMedical affairs managers ideally will have professional experience and be working in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.Furthermore, medical affairs managers should possess certain soft skills, e.g. strong communication skills, assertiveness and an independent way of working. Other expectations of this candidate: An academic degree in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or chemistry Understand global economic trends of the nutraceutical industry Good negotiation skills and assertiveness Comprehensive knowledge of the national and international market and competition Knowledge of the competitors' activities Very good command of the English language
