Key Responsibilities



Assist physiotherapists and clinicians during patient consultations and treatments Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after sessions Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing Record and update patient information accurately Support basic administrative duties (calls, inquiries, stock management, etc.) Maintain clinic hygiene and assist in daily operations

Requirements



Minimum Diploma Qualification Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented, organised, and proactive Able to work independently and in a team

Chinese-speaking

preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients) Fresh graduates and Malaysian candidates are welcome to apply by sending their resume to
