Job Description


This position is responsible for supporting the introduction of SheepMedical medical & dental devices products to our clients as well as operational support after the introduction.

  • Responsible for delivering sales target set for assigned business
  • Aggressively grow revenue (hunt for new prospects) and track retention of clients; executing sales and marketing initiatives, data collection and insights gathering
  • Provide timely support and guidance for service implementation and service improvement at clients
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients establishing themselves as trusted consultant at all levels
  • Track account sales and provide accurate sales forecast and market share.
  • Ensure that SheepMedical\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings are properly presented and training materials are updated for clients and prospects together with in-house clinicians.
  • Service and maintain existing business (Contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
  • Establish understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
  • Other duties for medical device sales representatives include maintaining contract records, taking orders, surveying client option, staying abreast of clinical data, and monitoring competitor activity.

Role Requirements
  • Personality profile: confident, outgoing, persistent, high EQ and self-motivated, self-starter & strong ability to learn with a can-do attitude will be critical success factors for the role
  • Min Diploma in any field (preferably sciences or engineering) or demonstrates high sensitivity to numbers and ability to pick up technical terms quickly.
  • Possess 1-3 years prior working experience in the medical/healthcare/luxury retail industry and/or start-up enviornment would be advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good analytical and questioning skills coupled with ability to develop and implement sales strategies.Proven track record in problem solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • A team player with ability to work effectively cross-functionally and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to communicate with sophisticated audience comprising of dentists and healthcare professionals will be advantegous.
