Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• To provide customers with professional advice and consultation on spectacles
• To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.
• Ascertain customers\' needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.
• Preferably experience working in an optical store
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Retail
• Required Skill(s): sales, customer service
• Fluent communication skills- both written and verbal
• Sales driven and number-oriented
• Friendly Extrovert Energetic and Collaborative
• Self-motivated & Resilient
• Positive attitude
• Team player
