Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe Opportunity:The APAC Established Products Squad (EPS) is a location-agnostic squad composed of members from affiliates throughout the APAC region. The squad is accountable for the management and performance of the dynamic EP portfolio of products in partnered affiliates.As a Medical & Scientific Partner for APAC EP Squad, you are responsible for providing strategic input and operational support in achieving outcomes in a dedicated Disease Area. You collaborate, co-create strategic medical tactics with our internal partners and contribute to implementing integrated solutions (i.e. digital strategy) that enable better customer and patient outcomes, always ensuring the highest ethical and quality standards, patients\xe2\x80\x99 safety and safeguarding Roche\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.As a Medical & Scientific Partner, you are responsible for:Provide scientific and clinical expertise (including an understanding of customer and patient journeys, Disease Area/product expertise, market insights, and strategic focus) in assigned Disease Area to shape strategy and tactics and enable Disease Area outcomes.Develop and execute creative tactical plans in collaboration with DAL while accelerating a purely digital customer engagement and service model.Ensure EPS and partners have the relevant Disease Area/product understanding and are adequately trained on medical compliance.Ensure all internal or partners enquiries in respective Disease Areas are answered using Disease Area knowledge in a timely manner.Ensure all business activities comply with relevant company SOPs, local Pharma Code, iFPMA, Symphony (and of equivalence) and are of high ethical standards. Review and approve any external material.Manage or handle all medical enquiries in respective Disease Areas directly to the required standard as per the medical information process and rules. Ensuring response to unsolicited questions from HCPs following local laws, regulations and codes and Roche SOPsResponsible for risk identification and assessment for mitigation planning as well as implementation and monitoring of appropriate internal controls within the area of responsibilities.Support in building efficiencies in medical activities, in managing unexpected challenges that can arise in certain markets.Any other duties assigned from time to time as required by the business.Who You Are:You hold an MD degree; PharmD, PhD or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science, biology, immunology. Or equivalent Clinical expertise in Disease Area is appreciatedYou have at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a Medical Affairs role in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology or other related fields.Prior experience in Disease Area is preferred.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
