About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Marketing & Operations Executive to provide day-to-day support across our marketing, sales, and distribution activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn, who is looking to build a career at the intersection of marketing and operations within the healthcare and medical aesthetics industry. You will assist with marketing execution (both digital and in-person events), order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support--working closely with both internal teams and external partners across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional activities
Support event planning and logistics for workshops, training sessions, and conferences
Coordinate with design/agency partners on marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and digital content
Monitor and update the company website and social media platforms with fresh content
Assist in collecting market feedback and competitor insights for reporting
Operations & Sales Support
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
Maintain accurate customer and product records
Support the sales team in following up with clients and preparing simple sales reports
Coordinate with logistics providers on deliveries and shipment arrangements
Assist in tracking stock levels and updating inventory records
Handle basic customer inquiries and forward complex requests to the relevant team member
Support after-sales activities, including arranging product training sessions or handling simple service requests
Provide general administrative assistance to the team including filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
Assist with preparations for meetings, training events, and marketing activities
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related discipline
Prior experience in marketing, sales support, admin is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or social media management tools is a plus
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team
