Medical Program Coordinator
Job Description
Job Summary: The primary objective of the role is to help manage a patient's care while they're enrolled in the company's health program or health plan. He/She should ensure that the needs of his/her patients are being addressed. He/She educates patients on medical procedures or conditions and acts as a liaison between the patient and healthcare personnel by keeping communication lines open. Typically, the role focuses on answering patient's questions, managing patient's accounts and health journey and scheduling patient consultations/sessions with the health care professionals handling the patient.Qualifications:
- College graduate in BS Nursing or other related courses.
- Must have at least 3 years related work experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills, as they work directly with patients and other medical professionals.
- He/She must also have excellent listening skills in order to understand the needs of their patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details.
- Able to work harmoniously with other medical professionals to ensure that the patient receives the medical attention they require.
- Willing to Work from Home from Monday to Saturday.
- Day shift
