- Trace case notes folders, shifting medical records from one place to another
- Able to push trolleys to deliver casenotes to SOC, Wards and departments
- Culling inactive folders
- Checking SAP system to ensure all documents are available, and pack these folders for offsite storage.
- Other duties assigned by supervisors
- Min GCE \'O\' Levels
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
