Established in 2006, Easmed has grown over the years to be a leading medical device distributor specialising in bringing innovative products in the fields of ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Sleep Medicine, Respiratory and Critical Care in South-East Asia. As part of Easmed’s philosophy to build value and trust to our Customers and Partners, in addition in collaborating with international medical device brands including Stryker, Lumenis, Cook Medical and Resmed, we have also established our very own Easmed Academy, a training arm of the business, to raise the educational value to our customers and partners. As part of our expansion plan to continue to push our boundaries to transform healthcare through medical education and delivering our promise to create a better life for all and hence raising the standards of medical care, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive.

Sales Executive is responsible to source for warm leads, engage the prospects, follow through and secure the deals to meet/exceed the sales targets, as well as to engage, train, service and support the customers and users on an on-going basis.

Specifically, you will

  • Promote and support our range of medical diagnostics and therapy equipment to medical professionals and patients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations/presentations to medical professionals and patients.
  • Provide application support on equipment supplied to clients.
  • Coverage area includes hospital clinics, wards, Respiratory & Sleep Labs.
  • Establish strong network and build close rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Prospect, develop and drive sales plan to grow the division
  • Manage product portfolio sales strategies to improve market shares and profitability of the business.
  • Provide competitor information and market intelligence and assist the Sales Manager in the development of relevant sales and marketing strategies.
You should have a minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably experience in the healthcare sector. To succeed in this role, you should possess positive mindset and "can do" attitude, highly motivated and driven in achieving sales target. As you will be required to work closely with clients in the medical sector, you must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. If you possess a car with class 2/3 driving license, it will surely be advantageous for you.
