The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche Diagnostics and our Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) team in Singapore.

Period of Internship: September 2022 / October 2022 - March 2023

Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and implementation of the assigned Medical projects (i.e. MSA Database, or other tasks based on current business needs) to ensure successful delivery of project milestones and output
  • Operational support to key medical activities related to HCP engagement such as advisory boards and scientific exchanges in line with governance and compliance
  • Medical writing (i.e. meeting report summary, etc.), content development (based on strength of the intern) and approval process for scientific exchanges
  • Administrative support for MSA team meetings: engaging stakeholders, consolidating content & meeting minutes
  • Understand the different medical affairs processes to ensure patient safety and compliance
Key requirements:
  • You are someone who wants to influence your own development.

Furthermore:
  • You have ongoing studies at any Singapore University, preferably in Biomedical, Life Sciences, or related degrees
  • You are available at least 25 - 30 hours per week
  • You have a good command of English and have outstanding communication skills
  • You are proficient in use of IT and software/ systems
  • You are creative, enthusiastic, proactive and open to taking over new tasks
  • You are able to work independently and in a team and focused on delivering the assigned task with strong attention to detail
  • You are open to learning to develop yourself
