Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Location: Novena
:
- Provides casework and counselling to support patients and their families in coping with their skin conditions.
- Provides psychosocial assessment.
- Works closely with other healthcare professionals in a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients.
- Conducts group work intervention for patients and their families.
- Conducts community work projects to outreach patients.
- Supports department initiatives and events.
