Job Level & compensation offered may vary depending on candidates\xe2\x80\x99 experiences and competencies :

• Performs new assay and technology validations under the direction of more senior scientific staff.
• May be asked to research, develop, validate and maintain procedures in area of responsibility and make recommendations on modification/improvement of procedures to management.
• Assists with validation of new equipment and instruments including software validation requirements.
• Assists with training of new employees.
• Initiates revisions to SOPs or writes new SOPs to reflect current processes that ensure compliance.
• Assists in managing scientific vendor and relationships to troubleshoot issues and improve capabilities.
• Performs assigned clinical laboratory testing accurately as needed.
• Complies with laboratory inventory management procedures.
• Demonstrates proficiency in applicable computer systems and software.
• Complies with regulatory guidelines and testing procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science/Master of Science with relevant industrial work experience.
• At least of 5 years of CRO experience or 3 years of professional work experience.
• Experienced in assay development and multiplexing is a plus.
• Depending on work experience of the candidate, this position could be upgraded.
• Good pipetting techniques.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player with initiative and adaptive to changes.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
