Job Description
Responsibilities:
- \xef\xbb\xbfProvide technical application assistance , troubleshooting and training to existing and potential users of our products in AP region
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving the target of business unit annually.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to existing & potential users
- Have to work closely with local team, corporate team and representatives of distributors to expand business prospects.
- Work with the customers in healthcare and research facilities.
- Gather all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading or extending of existing or new products.
- Implementation of favorable conditions to support sales or marketing target achievement
- Conducts application and theoretical training for the representatives of the different distributors in the region.
- Provides end-user training, as and when necessary
- Handling monthly reports and submit to the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
- 5 years in Medical Technology practice handling hemostasis testing
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IVD relating to hematology or coagulation.
- Experience in clinical laboratory concentrating on hematology will be an advantage
