Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.


Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments. Follow up on leads and arrange tours.


Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.


Process administrative tasks including membership registrations, invoicing, and handling payments.


Support community engagement by coordinating member events, activities, and networking opportunities.


Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space, and support any ad hoc requests.




Requirements:



Good verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Ability to work independently.
