Job Description
Candidates Should Possess A LOCAL DIPLOMA or At Least GCE / ITE Qualifications
Working Hours : 8:00am to 5:15pm / 8.30am to 5.45pm
Staff Transport Provided @ the Nearest MRT StationYOUR ROLE;1. Handles Membership Accounts Using Companyxe2x80x99s Membership Systems
2. Generate Subscription Fee Every 1st Day of the Month
3. Process new GIRO Application & Activate GIRO Accounts
4. Receive Weekly Sales Receipts from F&B Outlets and Tally Submission to AP Dept. for Payment Processing.
5. Update Reconciliation for F&B Recoverable Accounts Against GL.
6. Prepare Adjustment and Refund Entries if Necessary
7. To Submit the Monthly Spreadsheet Reports Termination and Reinstatement to the ManagementOthers:No Quota for WORK-PERMITS ***Company located in the Changi areasSalary range is about SGD2500.00
