Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle confidential membership profile and database
- Assists in price matching and negotiation between prospects and members
- Attend to existing and new membership enquiries through various channels such as phone, email, person
- Handle the entire process of the transfer of membership applications and sales, renewal and termination of term memberships, which includes checking of information submitted, data creation, process payment and system entry
- Conduct Club tours for prospective members and recommend suitable membership
- Performs routine membership-related tasks such as maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules and issuing membership articles
- Prepares statistics, listing and summaries and assist in preparing of management reports
- Perform membership and administration support duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/RO
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and administrative skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Possess lots of initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work well independently and as a team
- Ability to perform under pressure and multi-tasking
- Open to Singaporean only
