Job Description
Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Create a pleasant membership application experience for guests.xc2xb7 Interact with membership applicants, providing them with detailed information on the membership programme and answering all queries.xc2xb7 Process membership applications and provide sales support.xc2xb7 Provide administrative support and follow-up regarding membership matters.xc2xb7 Assist in other customer service needs, including situations that may require problem-solving.Job Requirementsxc2xb7 Good communication skills.xc2xb7 Meticulous and a fast learner.xc2xb7 Experience in customer service will be advantageous.xc2xb7 Able to travel to different work locations as required.xc2xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.Specialization : Guest Experience Management
