Pleasant Looking Lead project and product testing processes with stakeholders to ensure the outcomes delight customers and meet business objectives. Formulate and execute organization's vision, strategy, and goals for business transformation and growth. Lead and manage membership engagement initiatives, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction, retention, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for member acquisition and engagement. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the organization's membership and network business. Handle enquiries by members via phone calls and emails on a daily basis. Update members' account services requests into CMS to maintain updated membership records on a daily basis. Implement membership duties/services assigned efficiently and accurately Handles members' enquiries and ensures proper, timely and complete follow up. Conduct enrolment of each new member to welcome him/her and ensures that the member is properly briefed about the basic rules and policies. Process all applications for the following after determining, where necessary, the eligibility of the applicants, ensuring that the proper approval has been given and all relevant documents, payments are received: Transfer Sales membership Term membership Provides a one-stop enquiry (walk-in, email and telephone) and information point for all members regarding their statement of account and takes all necessary action to adjust any erroneous charges. Attends to members requests for replacement of membership cards, i.e., walk-ins and through applications. Attends to requests of nomination and visiting membership Initiate, develop marketing and sales strategies to increase new membership acquisition and retention programme Plan and execute members' engagement events Assist in management of member's feedback and providing necessary service


Requirements:



O-Level and Above Proven track record in business development, membership engagement, or related fields. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and relationship-building strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives. Service, people and a good team player. Excellent communication and written skills Meticulous individual and customer-oriented service mindset Strong in data analysis, research and project management skills * Sales-driven and one who aspires to meet sales target
