Provide Day-to-Day operational support to all manufacturing activities and to operate tools running the high volume and NPI / Qualification materials.
Troubleshoot machines and perform parts replacement to sustain operations within specified CPS and maintain the highest uptime, MTTR and MTBF.
Maintain required level of spares and proper documentation on all assigned equipment.
Adhere to RBA, EHS and ISO standards to ensure continual compliance to all procedures and processes to maintain the excellent quality parts out.
Execute Regular Preventive Maintenance of the Equipment
Troubleshoot equipment failures effectively and independently with a high degree of technical competence.
Drive Smart manufacturing initiatives like IIOT, Digitalization, Robotic & 3D printing.
Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:
Diploma in Engineering, such as Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Higher Nitec with 2 years relevant experience
Experience in wafer fabrication manufacturing.
Good teamwork, communication, and presentation skills with growth mindset
positive attitude.
Must be willing to work rotating (day/night) 12 hours shift.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and creative thinking skills
Knowledge in IIOT and digitalization applications.
