Advise clients on formal menswear choices and guide them to what they are looking for. Eg, guide them on fabrics, the design details and the accessories that would complete an ensemble
Measure client body and note down posture details.
Take down orders and handle the payment.
Email clients regarding order status and communicate with them to book schedules/appointments.
Fill in the order details at the company's backend system in order to put orders into manufacturing.
Manage the workload of store assistant to ensure that garments have been ironed/pressed and ready for Fitting/Delivery
Keep the Boutique neat/tidy and display samples
Handle Inventory, keep track of incoming and outgoing logistics.
Ad hoc administerial tasks for upkeep of store.
Ironing, pressing of garments for clients in absence of assistant.
