About the Role

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive M&E Coordinator

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works across our construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure M&E works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the

Project Managers

. Coordinate and manage

M&E works

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, etc.) on site Liaise with

consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

to resolve technical and site issues Review and coordinate

shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements

Monitor

site progress, quality, and compliance

with approved drawings and specifications Coordination with

structural & architectural engineers

for the site works. Attend

site meetings

, prepare coordination notes, and follow up on action items Ensure M&E works comply with

local authorities' requirements

(BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA, etc.) Support

testing & commissioning

, inspections, and handover documentation Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays Assist Project Manager in

planning, scheduling, and site coordination

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline

Minimum

2-5 years of relevant experience

in construction projects (A&A experience preferred) Familiar with

Singapore codes & standards

Able to read and interpret

M&E drawings and specifications

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Office

(BIM knowledge is a plus) Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently on site
Preferred Attributes (Advantageous)

Experience in

A&A works

Knowledge of

authority submissions and inspections

Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors concurrently
