We\'re currently working with a renowned workplace design and build company in seeking an exceptional Lead Designer - MEP to lead its MEP Design team and drive client success through holistic solutioning. As a key member of the team, you\'ll be responsible for understanding clients\' business drivers, leading design activities, and ensuring coordinated solutions that exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP design activities and create comprehensive solutions to meet client needs
- Drive company\'s value proposition to deliver unique value-added solutions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure coordinated solutions and achieve common goals
- Lead projects as MEP Lead, ensuring success, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality MEP design within budget
- Attend client meetings, explain design concepts, and provide solutions as needed
- Review drawings in Revit/AutoCAD, prepare BOQ and budget for projectsKey Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the building/construction industry
- Relevant experience in corporate/workplace projects
- Tech-savvy with a track record of successfully adopting latest technology initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
