Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.
Main duties and responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all aspects of design, technical, design development for merchandising collection.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain merchandise collaboration guidelines, logo placement and other product ancillaries\' design (hang tags, price tags)
\xc2\xb7 Maintain communication template for retail merchandise for members, staff and online
\xc2\xb7 Provide design, layout and illustration for communications instore, newsletter, ecommerce and out of park.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate outstanding versatility and creativity to maintain network integrity and availability while simultaneously contributing graphic design concepts to team
\xc2\xb7 Research on trend product design trends and customers preference and apply onto our creative design process
\xc2\xb7 Drive Mandai product concept development timelines
\xc2\xb7 Ability to combine technology and art using images / text to effectively communicate ideas through designs
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal teams to ensure timelines adherence and gather feedback on customer
\xc2\xb7 Work with Commercial Marketing team, Brand team and Education team to ensure asset alignment and creative language
\xc2\xb7 Manage all design projects and mentor junior designer to ensure high quality work throughout the entirety of the project
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in graphic design, fine arts or design and visual communication
\xc2\xb7 Design background with at least 3 years of experience on product merchandise design
\xc2\xb7 Creative and updated with market trend
\xc2\xb7 Good management of timelines and adaptability
\xc2\xb7 Good team player and independent worker
\xc2\xb7 Good written and verbal communication
\xc2\xb7 Competent in Adobe Suite
