This role is ideal for a fresh graduate interested in retail, data analysis, and inventory management. You will work closely with the merchandising team to analyze sales trends, optimize product assortments and assist in inventory planning.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, inventory levels and market trends to provide insights for merchandising decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers and store teams to ensure smooth product flow
• Help maintain merchandising databases, ensuring accuracy in product listings, pricing and stock availability
• Conduct competitor research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies
• Assist in ad-hoc merchandising projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google sheets or data visualisation tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
