Job Description

Role: Merchandiser Job description: You will be based in the field and responsible for ensuring our products are well merchandised to end consumers. Key Responsibilities

• Daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with the various managers and staff of both the retailers and their stores
• Work closely with retailer/store personnel to ensure no out of stock situations
• Learn and understand from retailer/store teams on their various SOP and ways of working
• Coordinate with retailer/store on activities such as regular promo events, space buy, roadshows, sampling sessions and festive events
• Execute merchandising, display, and promotion/trade plans according to our merchandising standards
• Where needed, replenish stocks from cold room or back store to the store\xe2\x80\x99s shelves and freezers
• Where possible, assist to improve planograms, maintain, and win product facings for our products
• Propose and execute specific in-store promotion/trade plans if opportunity arises
• Monitor and report on the competitive environment of our products
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

• At least GCE "O" / "N" Level certificate or higher
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar role; Candidate with knowledge in the Retail or FMCG industries will have an added advantage
• Willing to travel to various locations daily (transport allowance will be provided)
• Willing to work on weekends
• Excellent social and communication skills
