[Order Number: 2210-63398] Responsibilities Support For Local Sales - Fill in and issue Booking Sheet to warehouse - Keep track of Goods In-Out Form weekly - Check & send Weekly Discrepency Data in [Order Number: 2210-63398] Responsibilities Support For Local Sales - Fill in and issue Booking Sheet to warehouse - Keep track of Goods In-Out Form weekly - Check & send Weekly Discrepency Data in ERP/ POS system to Local Sales Team for checking - Maintaining stock movement in Master Inventory (Excel) - Making arrangement/ booking for all deliveries - Assisting in Stock Take Handling Incoming Shipment - Issue PO to Factories - Liaise with Forwarders to arrange for Singapore incoming shipment - Update and get approval from HOD before confirming designated Forwarder for Singapore incoming shipment - Follow up with Forwarder on UIS & UM documentation - Invoice/ Packing List, BL/ AWB, GST Permit, Debit Note, Forwarder Invoice - Update and get approval from HOD before submitting documentation to Finanace Team - Follow up with Forwarder & update on Singapore delivery schedule Handling ERP, POS & Adobe Photoshop - Maintaining stock movement in ERP/ POS system - Update ERP/ POS system for new products and any other changes if needed - Key in PO, Booking Sheet, Goods In-Out Form into ERP/ POS - Create POP for new products for Singapore & Malaysia Team Reports - Submit Weekly Report to HOD - Submit Monthly Write Off Report to HOD - Submit Monthly Theoretical Inventory Report to HOD - Submit Monthly Cash Flow Report to HOD Ad Hoc - Inform Local Sales Team on warehouse stock inventory - Office stock housekeeping - Mantaining good relation with Ceva Warehouse Staffs - Mantaining good relation with Singapore & Malaysia Sales Team - Assist in any assigned ad-hoc task Requirements Candidate must have at least 1 years of experience in retail fashion section or any other relevant field discipline To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
