Position


Job Duties & Responsibilities Commercial Follow Up
  • To support the manager in day to day reports
  • Work closely with stores to achieve the sales objectives
  • Participate in buying trip, selection of products for the stores
  • Explore potential of Men\xe2\x80\x99s Leather Goods business in South Asia, to propose and drive business by actions plans
  • Act as the bridge of country/ store with Paris team
  • Monitor stock level especially for new launches and actively work with Supply Chain Department and Central to maximize launch impact
  • Drive 360 action plans and partner with Supply Chain Department to optimize stocks level to deliver Sell through expectations
  • Arrange of Non Performing stock for new store opening / renovation / CRM events
  • Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis
System
  • Familiar with the use of major sales data program to perform analysis of data and to draw meaningful conclusions in Microsoft Excel that can be translated into action plans to support the business
  • Proficient with the Buying and Clustering Tool to ensure strategic decisions are made with regards to buy quantities and assortment
Supply Chain/ Logistics
  • Work very closely with Supply Chain & Logistics Department to ensure a relevant distribution
PR/ CRM
  • Support relevant commercial information that enhances sales
  • Coordinate and follow up on CRM events confirmed with countries
  • Partner with digital counterparts to drive successful launches online
Visual Merchandising
  • Work closely with VM team to enhance VM plan in line with launching plan and sales objectives /guidelines / store opening / CRM / store image & desirability
Training
  • To prepare training tools and organize zone training based on needs and new product launches


Profile


Key Requirements & Competencies
  • University Graduate with 5-7 years relevant work experience in retail environment (Men\xe2\x80\x99s Leather Goods and Travel background preferred)
  • Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
  • Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly win Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
  • Organized; meeting deadlines
